B. 2 February, turned at 21-22. Kol doesn't remember his birthday or what age he was turned, but guesses between 19-23.
Easily bored.
Likes reading.
Loves skinny dipping.
Knows tarot and palm reading.
Genuinely likes baseball.
Enjoys watching reality tv, like Real Housewives, Kardashians, and Bachelor, because he finds it fascinating how these people seem to think the audience wants to know about their lives.
Natural flirt.
Tries everything once.
He had a few quick flings with men, but ultimately prefers women.
He had a first love when he was a witch, but that ended when he was killed and turned into a vampire. Since then, he hasn't had any prominent romantic relationships until Davina Claire. Kol prefers to be unattached and places a lot of emphasis on having fun.
Wants Salem from Sabrina the Teenage Witch.
Life Post-TO S5
Has always liked the Mikaelson San Francisco Victorian house.
Trying to find a way to turn himself into a witch.
Now that he no longer has his legend of being the wildest Mikaelson to preoccupy himself with, Kol isn't sure how to go about living his life.
Takes photographs of everything using a film camera.
Considering starting an organisation to help humanitarian efforts. He couldn't help his brothers, so maybe he can help someone else.
Human/Witch
Was always nosy as a kid and wanted to know everything and anything.
Always wanted a pet so he adopted a widowed villager's chickens and fed them and helped to take care of them.
Didn't like killing animals.
Due to his curious nature, he took a great interest in witchcraft. He learned from whoever he could; as a result, he was close to Esther during his youth and loved learning from her.
Vampire
Used his vampirism to scratch the itch being magicless left him. He never found satisfaction with it.
A part of him wanted Mikael to capture them all and kill them.
Wanted to be the greatest vampire to ever be known as he wanted to not only prove his worth to his family, but be regarded higher than his elder brothers.
Tried to burn his coffin.
His Legend
Was always regarded as the wildest as he had no one to ground him, not like how Niklaus had Elijah.
Always did The Most because he wanted to be seen.
The more he did, the more he felt closer to when he was a witch.
At first Kol didn't worry about the reputation he was building, then he began to use it to get what he wanted.
Never liked being daggered in a coffin, and each time he was, he'd go on a rampage.
Witches
Did try to turn himself back into a witch over the centuries.
Despite all that has happened over the years, Kol holds all witches in high regard, even if the sentiment isn't reciprocated.
Mikael
Not particularly close with his father, nor was he particularly disconnected from him.
Mikael taught Kol how to fight and be a warrior. At first he didn't quite take to it, but as Kol wanted to prove to his brothers and father that he was as good and as mature as them, he tried his best to pick it up.
Didn't want to be a Viking warrior like his father.
Esther
Was close to his mother as he took a fascination with witchcraft.
Resented her for making him a vampire.
Knew that she had put him in the weakest witch upon his initial resurrection because Esther knew the extent of his abilities, curiousity, and how driven he was with magic. Better Finn be in Vincent Griffith than Kol who can raise a lot of hell.
Freya
If she had stayed with the family, he would've been closest to her.
Enjoys supporting Freya in her witchcraft.
Likes to teach her new things ... if there's any new things to be taught.
Finds her sense of humour and calm demeanour relaxing and funny.
Finn
Not as close to Finn due to their age difference and their personalities.
Always believed Finn found him to be a nuisance.
He always admired the way Finn remained calm in the face of a crisis.
Felt slightly guilty Finn was daggered, but that guilt soon faded away.
Incredibly hurt Finn would even hex him to die in the first place. To be hated that much by his big brother is something Kol still isn't over.
When Finn died for the final time, Kol refused to think about him or talk about him.
After Finn's final death, Kol sometimes goes to the bridge where they scattered his ashes. He doesn't go to talk to him. He just tells him what a jerk he was sometimes. It's a nice place to think.
Elijah
He always wanted to be like Elijah when he was younger. As he's gotten older and been betrayed by him a number of times, Kol has begun to realise the pedestal he held his big brother on has crumbled.
Felt like he always saw through Elijah's prim and proper demeanour. His older brother was hurting.
Thinks Elijah is stupid to sacrifice everything for a girl — Tatia, Hayley.
Doesn't envy Elijah's steadfast dedication to Niklaus. Always suspected it would be his downfall.
Kol loathed the fact Elijah would so easily agree to kill Davina than to put his little brother's happiness first. If it was Niklaus' girl or if it was Hayley, Elijah would never have agreed to Freya's plan.
He stole one of his jackets.
Kept his diaries after he died.
Niklaus
Felt pity for Niklaus due to the abuse he had to endure at the hand of Mikael.
Admired his brother's strength.
Still resents his brother for stealing years of his life, all because Kol exhibited the wild nature Nik sometimes contains.
Thinks Nik needs to chill.
Despite the fact Nik often pissed him off and treated him like shit, Kol would do anything for him.
At first didn't believe Nik mourned for him at his first death, as he never seemed to feel guilt for daggering him.
Kept some of Nik's paintings — hopes to give them to Hope, and to keep the nicer ones around his house.
Rebekah
Always felt closest to her due to their age.
Resented the fact that she would always pick Nik and Elijah over him.
He always viewed their relationship as they got older as an "eye for an eye" to make them even.
Liked pranking her.
Sometimes found himself hating her for wanting the boring picket fence human life, as she had shown no desire to be a witch and he felt she was much better than that life.
He'd do anything for her.
Henrik
Used to play make believe games in the woods.
Henrik always seemed closest to his older brothers, but Kol knew that he liked spending time with him to learn cool magic tricks and for some fun.
Never blamed Niklaus for his death.
At his death, he decided he'd never allow it to happen again.
Marcellus
Jealous of him for being the apple of Nik's eye, as well as being favoured by Elijah.
Admires Marcel for how he has turned out to be better than Niklaus. He holds people in high esteem, and doesn't use them the way his sire does.
Marcel has a good business head, something Kol envies.
Davina
First time he's felt like someone loves him for him, and will pick him first.
He always tries to pick Davina over his family, but considering his siblings often get into stupid situations that he can't avoid, it looks like he picks them over her.
First time in a long time that he's felt calm.
Although he wants to be good for her, he ultimately is being good for himself. He likes how he feels; Davina's influence has made him realise there's more to him than being wild and feared, and that others can come to appreciate different parts of him.
Tries to irritate her on purpose.
Wants to have kids with her ... Currently working on how to make that happen.
Hope
Will go to the ends of the earth to protect her.
Sees his relationship with her as a clean slate. He can do and be better.
Likes being an uncle.
